We live an hour away so called first to see about pricing and inventory, Keith was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all questions without hesitation. Went a few days later and picked up a 6 seater. That had great selection for 4 and 6 seaters, color combos, different seat colors etc and the option to add on sound bars, cup holders, led lights. Hands down the best experience in purchasing a new golf cart. I went to 3 other dealerships not knowing what I really wanted. Every time I left I didn’t have that “warm and confident” feeling about making a large purchase. Everyone knows golf carts aren’t cheap anymore. There is a lot of tech built into these things and making the decision isn’t an easy one. After talking to Jimmy at ICON Tampa… I was absolutely confident they would be earning my business and hard earned money. I pretty much became an expert on ICON carts after speaking with Jimmy and felt so much more confident choosing an ICON over an EZGO or a club car. They’re the only cart that has front and rear disc brakes, toyota controllers, and an amazingly sturdy heavy duty frame. Try getting that with an overpriced EZGO. Jimmy and the team are courteous, friendly, accommodating and not pushy. If you are considering a cart in Tampa I can guarantee you won’t find a better dealer. They also have the best prices I’ve seen from Tampa to Zephyrhills. If you have them mod your cart you can expect one of the cleanest installs with their cable management. I had them add led lights and a sound bar and the install was flawless. Independent review from a real buyer in Tampa bay. Jimmy and Keith were extremely helpful with getting the exact cart and color I wanted. I was very particular in my color choice and they had it ordered from the factory and to my door within a week. They also handled all the paperwork for getting it titled for street use.

We want to give a huge shout out to Keith and Jimmy at Icon Golf Carts of Tampa Bay.  These guys are awesome.  We were originally looking to buy an Icon cart from them and went there to get a closer look at carts.  Jimmie gave us a complete demo/overview of one of the carts and it was easy to tell that he is extremely knowledgeable of the Icon carts.  While we were trying to decide on the cart/seat color combination and availability, a slightly used cart became available from a neighbor of mine and we just couldn't pass up the deal.  Even though in the end we didn't buy through these guys, it ends up that there were several things we needed to take care of related to the used cart and they treated us just like we had bought it from them.  Contrast that to Discovery Golf Cars, which is where the used cart was originally purchased.  We called Discovery Golf Cars to ask a simple question and was told that the only way to get help was to schedule a service call.  I honestly couldn't believe my ears.  A call to Keith and a few days later he had my issues taken care of.  One thing is for sure, Discovery Golf Cars will never see a dime of our money.  If/when we need service, we'll be bringing our cart to Keith and Jimmy.
