If you purchase a street-legal low-speed vehicle (LSV) or any golf cart, you are responsible for registering, insuring, and operating it in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, community rules, and the manufacturer's instructions. Top speeds, range, and performance vary with the cart, battery, conditions, load, and how it is driven.

Appointment and service requests submitted through the Site are not confirmed until our team contacts you to confirm. Service turnaround times and estimates shared online or by phone are approximate and depend on parts availability and the condition of your cart. Test drives may require a valid driver's license and are at our discretion.

When using the Site, you agree not to:
